I believe that where there is a will, there is a way. So even if you have a busy life, as long as you are willing to make an effort and make your health a priority, you can achieve anything. My training is always challenging to your capabilities; every workout is built with extra purpose, and your nutrition is set to be flexible yet fairly strict. I do put emphasis on mobility and core strength within the training, as I want my clients to be overall fit and healthy.

Our philosophy
I believe that hypertrophy and strength should come alongside with functional training such as mobility training and coordination. Correct core engagement and control of your body in body weight exercises such as a handstand or plank are equally important.
Next to a resistance training I also incorporate activities that help you to improve your stamina, cardio-vascular system and bring a bit more sparkle into fitness. Those are sports such as roller-blading, dance, run, etc.
