  • Are the programs for beginners?
    All programmes are for build for any levels of fitness. However if you are totally new to exercising you might need additional help. Speak to the coach and find out how she can help you.
  • Do I really need all the equpment for house?
    Yes. Having a pull up bar, KB or any other equipment that is written in your plan is essential.
  • What program I should choose if my goal is to toned up?
    Toning up means you want to build muscles and lose extra fat to create a nice “toned” aka shaped definition of your body. All programs are created to build muscles and strength, and fat loss comes down to nutrition. So go for the programme you are interested in the most.
  • What program I should choose if my goal is weight loss?
    Weight loss aka fat loss comes down to calorie intake and nutrition. But remember if your goal is to build strength you will need to eat in surplus. Speak to the coach if you need more advice.
  • What happens if I go on holidays? Can I freeze my membership?
    We don't freeze the membership for holiday reasons as the monthly membership is very affordable and includes many other benefitsthat can still be used even on holidays (tracking; meal plans). You can always substitute some exercises on your holidays or try our "Holiday body-weight workouts".
  • What happens in case of sickness?
    We don't freeze the membership in case of sickess or cold. If you have any minor illness contact the coach directly.
  • Can I still use the programmes when I am pregnant?
    You can but first consult with your doctor or specialist if it’s safe for you and if there are any specific modifications that you need to make. For more modifications and tips check the “Pregnancy training guide” pdf in Files in private Facebook group once you subscribe.
