Meet Coach Veronika Caskova

My Story

I was never fitness-oriented, and I had a very unhealthy relationship with food and my body image due to past trauma. Starting my journey as a personal trainer in 2017 after losing 12kg and finally being able to fit into size S for the first time in my life.

During lockdown in 2020 I qualified as an Animal Flow instructor Due to being able to only train outdoors, my focus shifted towards calisthenics and yoga. I became pregnant the same year which brought me to study in-depth prenatal/postnatal training and nutrition. 

 

Now as a full-time mum and businesswoman, I have found a way to fit training and good eating habits around a busy schedule. I teach my clients how to get on with discipline and consistency while still enjoying their life with family and friends. And I teach them the importance of mindset and how resolving past traumas can affect our success in reaching our goals.
