Style of Training
We believe that hypertrophy and strength should come alongside with functional training such as mobility training and coordination. Correct core engagement and control of your body in body weight exercises such as a handstand or plank are equally important. Sprinkle in some endurance based activities such as dance or run for good function of your cardio-vascular system and stamia and we have a perfect mix of what means to be fit and look amazing.
