You will receive a new programme every month (4 weeks) that gradually progresses each time. Depending on which program you choose, you will have 3-5 workouts per week which you can plan at your convenience. You will have a whole exercise library available to use if you need to modify. You will be able to track your calories/meals, steps, weight, and more. You will also have a support group where you can ask any question or just ask your coach directly.

You will need to be able to train at a gym at least 2 times a week. For home training, you will need a set of medium to heavy dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and resistance bands
